Super-friendly and amiable stuff upon request for fresh bread and compact rooms with good sized shower, private bath and aircon. Particularly good position in the centre of town.

It was a strong match for a quick layover in Bordeaux with best value. I really appreciated the location near local shops, making it easy to grab anything we needed. Keep in mind to ask for a quieter room to avoid alley noise.

The stay was a solid choice with an excellent location just a short walk from the Grand Theatre and Place de la Bourse. The highlight for me was definitely the charming character of the room, complete with nice windows that let in fresh air. I had a comfortable experience overall, and I appreciated the little bottle of rosé as a welcoming touch. It was perfect for my short visit to explore the city and enjoy nearby restaurants and shops.

Cute check-in set a positive tone. The room offered nice windows with shutters, allowing fresh air in. I appreciated the bottle of rosé in the room upon arrival. It's a lovely touch. I noticed a damp smell in the room, a bit off-putting, even if it's expected in an older hotel. The bathroom was clean but tiny. While the shower had a curtain instead of a door, made showering awkward, the shower itself worked well. The location was superb, just a short walk from all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. Reception staff were friendly, but I found some of them a bit overwhelmed with organizing. With its charming character and prime location, I'd consider coming back, but I hope they address the minor issues in the rooms for future stays.

missingWrote a review on 20 Octcharming architecturecomfy bedsthin walls
The architecture of the old building stands out with lovely winding stairs. Comfy beds, black out blinds, and a great view from the balcony enhance the experience.
The walls are quite thin, letting in noise from the hallway, inconvenient if you're a light sleeper. The Standard Double Room felt worn and the bathroom door didn't close properly.

Room was small but cozy, with comfy beds and nice windows that let in fresh air. I had a lovely view over the main street from my balcony. The decor had great charm, giving off a nice vibe. The only downside was the bathroom. It felt a bit cramped and the shower curtain was inconvenient. Still, it was all manageable for my stay.

Perfect location for dining!
The location was super convenient, just a quick stroll to great shops and eateries. Staff was super nice and always ready to help. Only bummer was the noise from the street, so might wanna ask for a quieter room. Had breakfast downstairs and the pastries were delicious!
